Operating Method of Flat Plate Bag Lifting Centrifuge

The flat plate bag lifting centrifuge is a common type of centrifuge, and correct operation of it is of great importance. Today, we will introduce the operating method of the flat plate bag lifting centrifuge for you:

1、When placing the centrifuge, it should be placed on a horizontal ground. Try to ensure the flat plate is in a horizontal position, and there should be no gaps between the lower surfaces of the four anti-vibration feet and the contacted ground.

2、After confirming the position, install fixed anchor bolts at the screw holes of the anti-vibration feet (expansion bolts can be used for fixation).

3、After connecting the machine to the power supply, check the operation of the motor and ensure it runs in accordance with the direction indicated in the instruction manual. Before the machine operates, be sure to push the bolt into the bolt slot. The startup method is as follows: Connect the power supply, then press the "Low Speed" button on the frequency converter panel, and the machine will start. Generally, it is operated in three gears: high, medium, and low. Normally, it starts at low speed, feeds at medium speed, and dehydrates at high speed. This is the startup sequence of the flat plate bag lifting centrifuge!

4、Note: Whether the electrical box control cabinet is placed on-site depends on on-site needs. If there are flammable, explosive gases or liquids at the production site, explosion-proof operation buttons must be installed at the production site!

5、When installing the filter cloth, place it evenly. Do not let the filter cloth shrink together when tightening the buckle screws; instead, pull it evenly. When laying it in the rotating drum, make it fit as closely as possible to the drum wall, preferably forming an integrated structure with the rotating drum!

6、The flat plate bag lifting centrifuge should preferably adopt a dynamic feeding method, which means that after the machine starts running and the rotation speed reaches the feeding speed, start feeding. This is more conducive to separation!

7、During production and operation, it is forbidden to open the cover when the rotating drum is still rotating. If it is necessary to open the cover, wait until the machine stops!

8、Determine the shutdown time by observing the flow rate of the liquid discharge pipe. When no water flows out of the liquid discharge pipe, it indicates that the liquid has been spin-dried. You can press the "Shutdown" button on the electrical box, and the centrifuge will stop slowly!

9、After the flat plate bag lifting centrifuge stops completely, release the cover lock hook, open the cover, pull the bolt out of the slot, hang the lifting tool on the hanging plate, and then hoist out the materials.

10、After hoisting the materials to the designated discharge position, release the lifting tool to unload the materials. Then hoist the lifting tool back into the rotating drum, insert the bolt properly, lay the filter cloth, and close the cover to complete the process!
