Product Introduction
Introduction to Bag Lifting Centrifuge
The bag lifting centrifuge, also known as semi-automatic centrifuge, top-discharge centrifuge, and hanging basket centrifuge, adopts a four-legged flat plate structure. There are 4 damping shock absorbers at the bottom of the flat plate, which provides better shock absorption effect and ensures more stable and safe operation. The operation platform is covered with 304 stainless steel plates, with no hygiene dead corners, making cleaning more convenient and the appearance cleaner and more attractive. The liquid baffle of the rotating drum has a special opening-closing structure, and the filter bag is fixed on the liquid baffle. When the machine is running, the liquid baffle and the rotating drum are locked together; during discharging, the liquid baffle can be separated from the rotating drum, and lifted together with the filter bag and materials, enabling more convenient discharging. It adopts a large flip cover structure, and devices such as a feed pipe can be installed on the cover. The flat plate bag lifting centrifuge uses frequency conversion for starting and stopping, without wearing parts like starting blocks and brake pads, making operation simpler. It is widely and well applied in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and food.
Working Principle of Bag Lifting Centrifuge
The motor power is transmitted to the rotating drum through V-belts, driving the rotating drum to rotate at high speed and form a centrifugal force field. The materials to be separated enter the high-speed rotating drum through the upper feed pipe. Under the action of the centrifugal force field, the liquid phase is thrown into the liquid baffle of the machine shell through the gaps of the filter bag, and discharged from the liquid outlet of the chassis. The solid-phase materials are retained in the filter bag of the centrifuge. After the machine stops, the hanging plate and the filter bag are lifted to discharge the materials.

Operation Method of Bag Lifting Centrifuge
1. Place the machine on a horizontal ground. Ensure the ground is as level and flat as possible, with no gaps between the four shock-absorbing legs of the centrifuge and the ground.
2. Fix the machine by drilling holes and installing expansion screws according to the fixing holes on the shock-absorbing legs, or use other fixing methods.
3. Connect the frequency converter in accordance with the instructions on the frequency converter terminal posts. Test the machine once after wiring is completed. Before the machine operates, be sure to push the stopper into the stopper groove. The startup method is: Turn on the power, then press the "Start" button on the frequency converter panel to check if the rotating drum rotates clockwise, and then press the "Stop" button to stop the machine. During this process, if the inner drum rotates counterclockwise, swap the positions of any 2 wires on the motor terminal posts to ensure the inner drum rotates clockwise.
4. Note: The braking resistor in the frequency conversion cabinet is a high-temperature component; do not touch it with your hands.
5. Place the filter bag in the inner drum and spread it flat. Ensure the filter cloth is as close as possible to the side and bottom of the inner drum, with no excessive wrinkles.
6. If the material is solid, put the materials to be dehydrated into the inner drum evenly and flatly, and keep them as flat and even as possible after loading. If the material is fluid, it can be injected into the machine through the feed pipe after the machine reaches the maximum speed. The loading volume must not exceed the maximum capacity of the machine.
7. Lock the cover when the machine is running. Press the "Start" button on the frequency conversion cabinet panel to start the machine; the machine will reach the maximum speed within 180 seconds. Press the "Stop" button; the machine will stop within 150 seconds.
8. After the machine reaches the maximum speed, a large amount of liquid will flow out from the drain pipe. After approximately 2 minutes, the materials will be basically dehydrated, and almost no liquid will flow out from the drain pipe. At this point, press the stop button.
9. After the machine comes to a complete stop, release the cover lock hook, open the cover, pull the stopper out of the stopper groove, and use a hook to lift the hanging plate and the adjusting ring at the center of the filter bag to hoist out the materials.
10. During discharging, simply release the adjusting ring at the center of the filter bag from the hook, and the materials will leak out from the bottom of the filter bag. After discharging, put the hanging plate back into the machine. Note: The positioning head on the rotating drum must be placed into the positioning groove on the hanger.
11. After the hanging plate and filter bag are placed in position, the next process can be started.
Industrial Applications of Bag Lifting Centrifuge
1. Pharmaceutical industry: Dehydration and separation of pharmaceutical intermediates, dehydration and separation of chemical mother liquor, etc.
2. Chemical industry: Dehydration and separation of chemical products, dehydration and separation of chemical raw materials, dehydration and separation of intermediates, dehydration and separation of chemical mother liquor, etc.
3. Food industry: Dehydration of processing raw materials, vegetable dehydration, grain dehydration, starch dehydration, etc.
4. Oil industry: Impurity removal of industrial oil, cleaning of edible oil, etc.
5. Biological industry: Solid-liquid separation of biological fertilizers, biological pharmaceuticals, etc.
Daily Operation and Maintenance of Bag Lifting Centrifuge
1. Operators must be familiar with the machine's structure, performance, and operation method.
2. Before starting the machine, rotate the rotating drum first to check its rotation direction.
3. Materials should be loaded evenly to avoid excessive machine vibration caused by severe imbalance.
4. Do not place any items on the top cover to prevent accidents after the machine is started.
5. If any abnormal phenomenon is found during operation, cut off the power immediately and stop the machine for inspection.
6. The machine must be overhauled regularly and lubricating oil added; it should be overhauled at least once every six months.
