Machine Introduction
The Swinging Screen is a new-type high-efficiency screening machine specially designed by our company to meet the requirements of high-efficiency, large-capacity, high-density, and ultra-fine screening. This machine successfully simulates the effective principle of manual screening movement, and its screening precision, efficiency, capacity, and screen service life are all 5-10 times that of conventional screening equipment such as vibrating screens. It is suitable for all powder and granular materials in the fine and ultra-fine range, and is especially ideal for screening hard-to-handle materials. Moreover, according to the physical properties of materials and different screening requirements of customers, parameters such as mutually independent and adjustable rotation speed, eccentricity, and radial force can be adjusted to change the residence time and movement path of materials on the screen surface, so as to achieve the best screening effect.
Structure and Principle
The basic rotary movement is similar to manual screening. The eccentricity is adjustable from 25 to 40mm, and the low-speed V-belt drive is adjustable from 120 to 360rpm. The residence time of each product can be adjusted by adjusting the radial and tangential angles of the swinging screen towards the drive axis. Thus, a three-dimensional tumbling movement combining horizontal and throwing motions is established. Materials are evenly dispersed on the entire screen surface from the center to the edge, and then spread axially in a spiral motion. Fine particles thus complete the entire screening process. The horizontal and vertical accelerations increase with the movement of particles, and particles close to the screen mesh size are successfully separated. Larger particles are transported to the outlet, where the flow rate is controlled by an adjustable guide device, which is another factor affecting the residence time of materials. This process is repeated between each screen layer.

Machine Features
It is used for screening fine and ultra-fine powders, especially suitable for hard-to-handle materials.
1. High efficiency: It effectively simulates the action and process of manual screening. Materials move in an involute spiral on the screen surface and make close contact with the screen, achieving a screening precision of up to 90-95%.
2. Material protection: The gentle swinging screening will not damage the original particle structure of raw materials and hardly generates static electricity, making it the best choice for screening flammable, explosive, and static-prone materials.
3. Long service life: The vertical acceleration of material particles is low, and the gentle swinging screening prevents the screen from being easily damaged, greatly extending the service life of the screen and other components.
4. Cleanliness and hygiene: Bouncing balls clean the screen surface, ensuring cleanliness and continuous screening; fully enclosed operation makes it more environmentally friendly.
5. Easy assembly and disassembly: It adopts a circular building block-type assembly structure, enabling simple assembly and disassembly. The discharge port can be rotated 360 degrees freely.
6. Low noise: The noise is as low as 75dBa, which is one-fifth of that of vibrating screens and other screening equipment.
Applicable Industries
It is suitable for the screening and classification of micro-powders, powders, and fine powders such as micro-powder, metal powder, non-metal powder, plastic powder, additives, milk powder, soybean milk powder, seasonings, xylitol, citric acid, protein, and coating powder.
Installation and Adjustment
1. The swinging screen must be placed on a horizontal ground or horizontal platform, and the base of the swinging screen should be fixed tightly with expansion screws.
2. Adjust the position of the discharge port to meet the on-site requirements for the discharge direction.
3. Check whether there are any foreign objects in the screen frame.
4. Connect the motor with a three-phase 380V power cord, and ensure there is no phase failure.
5. After power-on, ensure that the screen body swings clockwise.
After all the above checks are normal, start the motor and let it run idly for about 10 minutes, then observe and check the following items:
1. No abnormal noise.
2. The base is fixed firmly, fasteners are not loose, and the screen body swings flexibly.
3. The V-belts are properly tensioned.
Precautions for Use
1. Feed materials at a uniform and steady speed.
2. Do not attempt to clean, lubricate, or adjust the equipment while it is running.
3. Before repairing or adjusting the swinging screen, turn off the main power switch first.
4. If the material discharge is not smooth and blockage occurs, stop the machine and check whether the screen is blocked by materials.
5. After stopping the machine, restart it only after the screen body has come to a complete stop.
Daily Maintenance
1. About one month after the machine operates, grease should be added once. The specific operation method is: use a grease gun to inject grease through the grease nipple until clean grease flows out of the oil drain nipple.
2. Check whether the rubber support legs are damaged every 3 months or so, and replace them in time if any damage is found.
3. After the machine has operated for a total of 1200 hours, it should be overhauled. The specific operation method is: disassemble the screen frame layer by layer, open the bearing cover to check whether the bearings are damaged, and replace them in time if any damage is found.
