Machine Introduction
The circular vibrating screen is a high-precision screening and filtering machine that uses a dedicated vibration motor as its vibration source. This series of products is widely used in screening and filtering operations for various dry, wet, and geometrically shaped materials. It features high performance, low noise, and is equipped with a bouncing ball device to eliminate screen clogging and a detachable screen for easy screen replacement. The entire machine adopts a fully enclosed structure, preventing dust and liquid leakage, and can operate continuously. It is an essential equipment in industries such as chemical engineering, pharmaceuticals, plastics, food processing, mining, environmental protection, abrasives, and ceramics.

Main Features

Operation Method
1. When feeding and operating the machine, feed materials at a uniform speed. Do not feed too much at one time; otherwise, the materials will be screened unevenly, and the service life of the screen will be reduced.
2. To adjust the material discharge speed of the machine, it is necessary to adjust the angle of the counterweight block on the vibration motor. The larger the angle (the angle of the center line of the counterweight block) between 0-45 degrees, the slower the discharge speed; the smaller the angle, the faster the discharge speed.
3. Method for adjusting the counterweight block: Remove the upper screen frame part and the motor, loosen the fixing screws at the end of the lower counterweight block, slightly adjust the angle between the upper and lower counterweight blocks (the angle of the center line of the counterweight blocks), tighten the fixing screws at the end of the counterweight block after adjustment, install the motor (Note: The motor fixing screws must be tightened until they cannot be turned any further), install the upper screen frame, and tighten the clamp screws.
4. When the machine starts and stops, there will be a relatively large amplitude of vibration, which is a normal phenomenon. The vibration amplitude is small during normal operation.
5. During use, check the clamp nuts every 7 days for looseness or cracks. If loose, tighten them immediately; if cracked, replace them immediately. If the clamp screws fall off or break, the screen frame may be thrown out, leading to safety accidents.
6. Screen replacement: If the screen frame type is a mother-son screen frame, take out the screen frame, replace it with a new screen, lock the screen with a screen-locking ring, cut off the excess screen around, and wrap it with a sealing rubber sheet. If the screen frame type is a single-screen double-hoop screen frame, after replacing with a new screen, first tighten the lower hoop, then tighten the upper hoop after the lower one is secured, cut off the excess screen around, and wrap it with a sealing rubber sheet.
7. If the sealing rubber sheet is damaged, it needs to be replaced.
8. In case of machine failure, contact the manufacturer for a solution and handle the failure under the manufacturer's guidance.

Materials of Vibrating Screens
The materials of vibrating screens generally include carbon steel vibrating screens, 304 stainless steel vibrating screens, and 316 stainless steel vibrating screens.
Carbon steel vibrating screens: Parts such as the screen frame, screen mesh frame, large plate, and bottom barrel of the vibrating screen are all made of carbon steel. They are generally suitable for industries such as plastic and PE powder screening.
304 stainless steel vibrating screens: Parts such as the screen frame, cover, screen mesh frame, screen mesh, and fixing clips are made of 304 stainless steel. They are applicable to a wide range of industries.
316/316L stainless steel vibrating screens: Parts such as the screen frame, cover, screen mesh frame, screen mesh, and fixing clips are made of 316/316L stainless steel. This type of vibrating screen is suitable for industries with high hygiene requirements such as the pharmaceutical industry.
Daily and Regular Maintenance of Circular Vibrating Screens
Daily maintenance before work: Check whether the binding ring is locked and whether the screen mesh is damaged. During work, observe at any time whether there is abnormal noise. After use, clean the equipment thoroughly.
Regular maintenance: Check whether the mother screen, son screen, and springs are damaged, and whether various parts of the machine body are damaged due to vibration.
